Legal Notice of a Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Denmark shall hold a public hearing to hear comments on a request for an amended conditional use permit and setback variance for Minnesota Coaches to allow the construction of two structures and a canopy on the property located at 12044 120th Street South (PID 31.027.20.33.0009). The hearing will be held at the Denmark Town Hall at 14008 - 90th Street, Hastings and is open to all interested parties.
