Legal Notice of a Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Denmark shall hold a public hearing to hear comments on a request from Alejandra Salas Rivas for a minor subdivision of property PID 28.027.20.44.0002, located 14766 110th Street South and conditional use permit for a private cemetery. Applicant is proposing to split a 6.98 acre parcel into two lots (6.74 acres and 0.24 acres) with a private cemetery on the smaller parcel. The meeting will be held at the Denmark Town Hall at 14008 - 90th Street South, and is open to all interested parties.
