LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DENMARK TOWNSHIP, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MN
Notice is hereby given that the Denmark Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Denmark Town Hall, 14008 90th Street South, Hastings, MN for the purpose of hearing from the public, considering, and making a recommendation to the Town Board regarding a request from Emerald Horizons, LLC. The request is to amend the Denmark Township Development Code to allow Cannabis Cultivation in the Commercial/Industrial District as an interim use. This meeting is open to all interested parties.
