NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE DENMARK DEVELOPMENT CODE REGARDING ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Denmark Township will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Denmark Town Hall, 14008 - 90th Street South, Hastings, MN 55033 for the purpose of hearing from the public, considering, and acting on a recommendation regarding a proposed ordinance amendment to the Denmark Township Development Code regarding accessory structures. The amendment makes several revisions, including the size and number of allowed accessory structures, and defines and regulates portable storage units and temporary accessory structures. Those interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.
