NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Denmark Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 22, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Denmark Town Hall, 14008 - 90th Street South, Hastings, MN 55033 for the purpose of hearing, considering, and making a recommendation to the Town Board regarding a request from Rumpca Excavating Inc. to rezone and issue an interim use permit for the property located at 13985 80th Street South. The request is to rezone its parcels (PIDs 17.027.20.13.0001 and 17.027.20.11.0001) to the Major Mining Overlay District and to reissue an interim use permit for its major mining operation. The application materials are posted on the Denmark Township website and can also be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk-Treasurer. Those interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.
